Making Our Way To California

So today I was thinking about our upcoming move to the States in June. (That’s pretty much all I think about these days. ) Anyway, the idea is that Timi and I will go to Racine first to visit family there. That’s where we would get over our jet lag, get our driver’s licenses and bank accounts sorted out, and then eventually head off to Southern California.

Now the cool idea I had today was that instead of hoping on a plane and flying out there, we would get a car and hit the road. Timi hasn’t seen much of this great country soon to become her new home, so I planned out the following route of cross country sightseeing to give her a little taste of the natural beauties which lie between Wisconsin and Los Angeles. What do you think of these points of interest? Have I left out anything that just can’t be missed? Is 2 weeks optimistic?
